Health Safety Notification

Due to COVID-19 and per CDC guidelines, we are seeing patients on a modified schedule. Patients are required to wear a mask or face covering while in clinic. Unfortunately due to the PPE shortage, EANW cannot provide masks to patients. Upon arrival to the clinic, you will be asked if you have experienced a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, and/or sudden loss of taste or smell within the past 14 days. We will also take your temperature. All visitors will be asked to wait in the car, unless they are needed for the appointment (caregiver, interpreter, etc.).

Roya N. Habibi, OD

Dr. Roya Habibi completed her medical studies at University of California, Berkeley, before completing her fellowship in specialty and medical contact lenses at Oregon Health and Science University’s esteemed Casey Eye Institute. In addition to managing our Center for Eye Comfort which addresses dry eye, her specialties also include prescribing and fitting complex medically necessary contact lenses for patients with keratoconus, severe dry eye, graft versus host disease, and other patients suffering from poor vision and eye comfort. She is the only provider in the PNW that is certified to fit the Eyeprint Prosthetic lens, a custom molded scleral lens, and teaches providers internationally how to best prescribe and fit scleral lenses.

She has an innate ability to make her patients feel comfortable and trust that she will find solutions to any visual concern. Dr. Habibi has trained among some of the brightest in the field and is committed to going above and beyond for her patients. She has experience with a wide variety of patient care, from young to old, “normal” eyes to eyes with severe problems.

In her spare time, Dr. Habibi enjoys her time as wish grantor with Make-A-Wish Foundation, hosts a podcast for eye care providers called Try Not 2 Blink, and explores the PNW with her family and two pups.
