Health Safety Notification

Due to COVID-19 and per CDC guidelines, we are seeing patients on a modified schedule. Patients are required to wear a mask or face covering while in clinic. Unfortunately due to the PPE shortage, EANW cannot provide masks to patients. Upon arrival to the clinic, you will be asked if you have experienced a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, and/or sudden loss of taste or smell within the past 14 days. We will also take your temperature. All visitors will be asked to wait in the car, unless they are needed for the appointment (caregiver, interpreter, etc.).

Medical Receptionist

The role of the Medical Receptionist is to act as a liaison for patient appointments, gather and input registration information, verify insurance for billing purposes, and work in a team environment to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients
  • Register and check patients in and out
  • Update patient insurance and verify and
  • Collect co-pays and balance funds collected at the end of the day
  • Schedule appointments in person and occasionally over the phone
  • Facilitate flow of patients by coordinating with techs and back office staff
  • Accomplish other front office tasks such as faxes, mail, necessary

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
