Dr. Brower was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and received his medical training at the University of Cincinnati.  He completed his residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in ophthalmic research at the University of North Carolina.  He specializes in disease and surgery of the retina and vitreous, as well as seeing general and surgical ophthalmology patients.  Treatment of patients with diabetes is of special interest to him.  Dr. Brower works out of our Seattle and Northgate offices.  Dr. Brower is married and has two sons.
